What's this? new LCS for against Iran navy?

Since Iran has so many small high speed attack boats, I think LCS is more important compair anytime passed. So many boat attack cruiser would be like so many wolf attack bears. That is dangeous for US navy.

easiest way to kill small attack craft is with helicopter fired missiles, as was shown in GW1 and to a lesser extent in GW2. LCS doesnt need to be anywhere near them.

its not an LCS. i heard it on this site a while back i think. its a new delivery vehicle for the SEAL's. its fast (40 knots i think) stealthy and can carry quite a few SEAL's plus maybe a smaller boat such as a ridgid raider.

actually, that's one of the high speed research vessels. The MK5 is the SEAL's boat.

And the LCS is designed to do just what has been suggested, by acting as a mothership for unmanned vehicles, like armed UAVs.

Thats the new DARPA SOF play thing called the Stiletto.

as it is now , the current LCS woefully underarmed for it's anti surface mission
