None of the above, but it is one of the most fascinating AmerInd civilizations on the continent. Their mounds are found in many places, including St. Louis. They range as far south as Florida. The culture is called the "Mississipian" culture, and there are many modern tribes descended from them.

The Mississipian civilizations aren't that old (as we think of "old") but date from about 800 AD or so. There's some reasonable evidence that Cahokia was actually a religious center:

If memory serves, they had a very extensive trade network. While the culture was advanced for the North American continent, it never entered the Iron Age and didn't have much of the technology that Europe or China/Japan had. This doesn't mean it was inferior, but it does mean that they weren't able to produce materials and farming methods that Europe and the Far East were (hence their cities were smaller and they never developed formal education centers, writing, and so forth. )
