Threads needing tags?

I think I recall a link to a page on ATS that had a list of the first 100 or so threads needing tags, in an admin's signature.

Does anyone here know the link to that page?

Remember people, that tagging threads gets you ATS points, the older the thread, the more points you get! SO GET TAGGING!
