I am pissed off.
Who has the right to take websites from it's owner?
WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING THE OWNER!?
check this out:
I've had a website for 2+ years. It had a good design with my songs on it.
Not 5 minutes ago I went to update it. But to my disgust... it became just another hole. Have a look for yourself! www.sullivan.brad.com...
Please tell me who has right to do that?
Unfortunatly it looks like you let your domain registration expire.
There are many business that watch the expiration date on domains, and buy them the minute they expire. Now you will have to purchase it back from
them, buy a new one, use the one that your ISP provides, or use a Free DNS
service.
well if you know who took it or where it is now (DNS it), you could sue them for copyright. But obviously you would need to have copyrighted the
material first.
I don't get it - you let a domain name expire. It's not currently owned by anyone, so just renew it. According to the IA, it was just a re-direct to
a Geocities site ( www.geocities.com... ), anyway, so there was no content stolen whatsoever from you.
