I recommend eating meat, fruits, and vegetables, but I find myself eating alota junk, too! I would eat chips, cookies, and candy for a month, then I
would go on a vegetable only diet for one month! lol. I have to admitt: I HAVE AN EATING PROBLEM! I can't stop eating. But whenever fruits are
available, I do my best to choose them instead of ice cream. Today is mothers day and I'm gonna eat alota junk, but tomorrow, I will eat more wisely.
Hopefully the military will teach me to eat better.
By the way: DON'T TAKE STEROIDS! It will mess you up and make you sound like a cheater! You are born with a human body! How you make the body is up
to you! You can be fat, skinny, or buff. You can live long or live little.
Heres a diet if you want it:
Breakfast: A small bowl of non sweet cereal, a banana and a glass of milk
Lunch a soup, preferably soup with chicken and rice, mmmm
Dinner: a piece of non greasy chicken beef, or lamb, a piece of rhye bread and potato, mashed or cut ( I hate mashed, so I cook it in the microwave
and then cut it.) 2 tomatoes and 1 cocumber or 2 pieces of big broccoli and some spinache (you can mix different vegs depending on which ones you
have.
Limit deserts and fatty foods to weekends and holidays.
PS: Don't starve yourself, man!!!
