Is this a different episode from "Britain's Roswell" ?

I hope i havent seen this one. I've seen them all.

Ok I watched it. It was a different episode.
I didn't like this one.
They really skipped over the Rendlesham Forest Inident.
The episode soley devoted to it was better.
This Britain's X-Files episode seemed to really stress UFOs were
part of the cold war paranoia and not real ?
