COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- A chiropractor who claims he can treat anyone by reaching back in time to when an injury occurred has attracted the attention of state regulators.

The Ohio State Chiropractic Board, in a notice of hearing, has accused James Burda of Athens of being "unable to practice chiropractic according to acceptable and prevailing standards of care due to mental illness, specifically, Delusional Disorder, Grandiose Type."

My personal feeling on this is that he is scamming patients out of money with this "service" that he is selling. I don't cotton to someone stealing money from people that are hurting, so this whole thing rubbed me wrong when I read it.

Unless he can demonstrate his "healing" powers, I would like to see him be removed from the medical profession for this.

Opinions?

Being a Chiropractor, I can tell you that guy is not a "functioning" part of the profession. If there was anything to what he was saying he would have gone back through time to seek mental help before he had this problem.
