Click Start and then right click on "My Computer", Click "properties". Pick the Advanced tab, then click the "settings" button. Again click the
Advanced button on the new dialog box and you'll see a section called "Virtual memory" at the bottom. Once you click that button you'll finally be
in the area to edit your virtual memory.
By the way, virtual memory means that you're using the hard drive as pretend RAM. You can't get around this sometimes, but if it's happening all
the time you might want to look into getting more ram for your computer.

EDIT: Click "properties" after right-clicking My Computer.
