Sequals You Thought Were Better Than The Original?

It is not often that a sequal is better than the original. But there have been times when the sequal was better. So, what sequal do you think were better than the original? Three sequal that I thought where better were:

1. Aliens
2. Terminator 2: Judgement Day
3. Rocky 2.

Anyone see any sequals that were better than the original?

Both the originals were were funny as hell too.

The Godfather Part II (not that part I was bad by any means)

The spiderman movies were equally good.

I would say Bourne and Mission Impossible both had good 2nd installment movies.

Lost In Space
The Jerk
Planet of The Apes

The Indiana Jones movies were all good too.

I liked both of the Men In Black movies but I thought the 2nd one was better.

Gotta go with Aliens has the best sequal ever, But Empire comes a close second!!!

Sequals I thought were better than the first one or two:

Terminator 2 (though I loved them all)
Batman Begins (compared to those POS that came after Burtons work)
Aliens
Army of Darkness (though Evil Deads were pretty good)
The Devil's Rejects (Though I loved House)
Godfather Part 2
Indian Jones and the Last Crusade
Xmen 2
Empire Strikes Back (though I like all the Wars movies)

I liked the second Santa Clause movie as much as I did the first.
