China Uranium Deal with Australia.....

China has signed off the deal....Australia will provide China with Uranium.

I hope I have got this correct, but as i understand, the Uranium that is imported by China, cannot be used for weapon production.

How does the IAEA keep track of this? Is it by visits?

What stops China, not to use their reserves to create weapons?

Is there a way this can be tracked.

These are the same questions that may arise if Australia decides to give Uranium to India.
