Now, it seems the basis from this story is the help operators got some crap about 'how they wern't prepaired to tell people how to save their lives
in that situation.' And I say how could they? imagine the sheer volume of calls they recieved that day? and could imagine the horror from the calls
recieved? I couldnt even begin to imagine what it was like nor do i want to.
I just thought some of you might be interested in this story.

There's at least one 911 operator that wasn't able to go back to work after that day. The person that she was talking to ended up jumping to his
death. Those operators were just as scarred as the families and firefighters that day.
