Twin Surgery?

Whenever siamese twins, or conjoined twins have a major surgery. Who pays for the cost? I know it must be a lot to pay for. So who does the bill go to?

It depends. There was a huge story a couple monthes back about some Iranian twins that were conjoined at the head and they went into surgery to be seperated.
The operation was funded by private organizations.
There is also one that is in the news now about twin boys that are also conjoined at the head and there surgery is being funded by World Craniofacial Foundation, which helps children with head and face deformities receive treatment.

The foundation has raised $125,000 of the estimated total cost of two-million ,the hospital and the medical team are donating their services

So its actually a team effort for the most parts in these types of cases.
