Just a quick note, I spotted on Rense.com today, that "Partnership of the Americas" will begin the first of April..Joint Nation naval exercise.
Is this similar to the Group in the harbor in New York when 911 took place??

As to the info... I fear that the article is correct, that it is mainly as a show of force to the countries that have tested the American administrations patience...

I hope it doesn't have anything to do with another 9-11

The Navy has been doing exercises there for years. A Cruise with in The South America region is called a UNITAS cruise. We do exercises with the Navys of S. America. All of there ships in S. America are old US Navy ships.

bah, propoganda. The US navy spends about 3/4 of it's time training, and 1/4 of it's time deployed overseas. This would be part of the 3/4 time training.
