This website is home to a variety of articles relating to the military aspects of GDW's 2300AD RPG. These have been prepared and reviewed by members of the Etranger list. The list was established in August 1999 to expand on GDW's relatively limited descriptions of 2300AD militaries and warfare on land, sea, air and in space. Yup, I've definitely ran into this RPG before, only with a different site and a different army. It was the US's army in 2300 AD.

Apparantly these people took the time to design and make blueprints of vehicles, weapons, and ships. Very constructive and interesting.

Found no mention of China, and India has been 'balkanised' into all these little warring states!

One of my all time favourite games along with 'twilight 2000' where you played a stranded american soldier in scandinavia after WW3. So much fun memories from these two.
One funny story that comes to mind is when our unit comes to contact with 50 hunters /w dogs, after some debate we decided not to take any changes and blow them to bits. This went ok until a piece of shrapnel flew into our ammo storage and caused a crater several miles wide After we all died the game leader told us that they would've been friendly, those were the days...

LoL and so it goes... Let this be a lesson to us all about fully exploring a website before we snap decide to start a thread. Not to be critical of the thread starter but at the least this is poorly researched at teh most it is a deliberate attempt to gain points. the main entry pages to all of the 2300 sites are clearly marked as RPG sites.

Either way lets all take the opportunity to witness the embarassment of one member to realize we control the quality of information posted here, and work to keep it less utterly foolish than this.
