I don't think it would be geese, as they fly in "V" formations to conserve energy. It could it be some other large birds like pelicans or some other species usually seen in that area.
Also, I am wondering what birds would look like on infa-red video flying in the air?
Very interesting video btw, especially with the Japanese invisible tech stuff.

The first video i dont think are geese (or birds)

But the video with over 100 objects, some were flying in a v pattern. And it was filmed on the ground the perception is hard to determine.

There could have been a low flying cloud that day.

The video in the airplane is clearing something at high alttitude, but also at certain times looks like a lens flare.

Personally it looks genuine to me, but I always wonder possibilities
