Perhaps Another Piece

We all viewed the five frames from the security cam, frame 5 appeared to show something solid moving over the roof, tail was mentioned once or twice.
So let us assume something must be true which we are told, with that in mind lets take a trip up onto the roof.

I had to ask myself why with all the chaos destruction in this area, why have they put down a blue tarp to place debris on top of it, makes no sense to me unless they wanted to cover something up and remove from the scene.

Anyway what you think it might be, and what if any relation does it have with the other piece at the top of the image.
