Sensing Colors when near someone?

I'm not really sure what this is, but sometimes when i'm around someone I can sense a color. When i'm with my girlfriend for instance, I sense a turquois/violet color, I sense a brownish/yellowish color around a few of my friends, and a purplish color around a couple other friends. It's like I connect this people to a color and that's how I see them. I wonder what this is?

Seems to me you can feel the color of the persons auora rather then just see it.....in other words.. you can see past their shell like bodies to the color of their souls..kool ~Kiliker

I was going to say the same thing as the above poster.
I have something like that .

I see numbers in color.
I can think of a number and I see it in color in my mind.

Also, I see the days of the week in color.
I don't know what this is but I think some people are gifted
with this ability although I don't don't the reason for it.

Epiphany seeing auras is fairly common (as far as common goes on this subject) connecting with them is even more interesting. Do you feel any mood changes when you feel 'connected' with their color, you could be empathic. I can physically feel some peoples auras if getting close enough, but no matter how much I practice, I still can not see colors. MagicaRose yours is just odd but fascinating ; I have never heard of anything like that before. Do you have any Obsessive Compulsive traits (lord knows I do)?

Not to take anything away from the aura reading speculation but it could also be mild synaethesia.

Yes Kiliker30 I would say I can sense the color of a person's soul too. I'm attracted to my girlfriend mostly because I sense that turquios color when she is near me, it's very powerful. Now, if you want to take this subject in a different direction, this could possibly have something to do with astrology? I'm not educated in that area, but, I am an Arian and she is an Aquarian, these two signs are one of the most compatible signs in the zodiac. Apparently the color of Aquarius is turquios, but, like i said I am uneducated in this field so I really have no idea what i'm talking about, haha.

Yeah, last night my girlfriends aura was beaming haha, i was trying to put my hand through it, it was fun.

I should mention also that sometimes I feel like i'm talking to a color rather than a person.

You're seeing peoples aura's. This isn't anything new to the World.

Did you get any training for this? Or is it just natural?

People don't just usually "see an aura" without some sort of training. I'm not saying it can't happen, but it is unusual.

I can see a persons intentions, with the words they say and don't say to Me. I've been dealing with people so long in this lifetime, I've devoloped a keen ability to read every action, word, or mentality.

I don't so much see an aura, but I know what's going on, all the time.

No i've never had any training, i've been reading about aura's though for the past year, whenever i'm around someone I always try to read their aura, now in the past week I have been able to really focus in on my girlfriends aura, for whatever reason, i don't know, maybe because i've spent so much time trying to read people's aura it's just coming to me.

I can see auras fully on 'some' people.....like in a crowd of 500 one person will be encased in a shell like of swirling color. I have no idea why its only certain people, and usually noone I am close to...it is just strangers passing by. Sometimes children sometimes adults, I never know why or what reason I see this on some people. I tend to see this alot more when inside an enclosed space that is lit with flourescent lighting, then it is like one in 4 people, but the sound of flourescent lights drives me crazy.

I have learned what some differant colors mean. Green is the color of a natural healer, brown is the color of something wrong in the body and smokers...also smokers tend to have the brown in spots and patches.
Purple is the color of a strong conection to the spirit energies.
Red and orange is a color of a person felling extreme love for something or someone.....yellow and orange also are the colors of exzertion, like a jogger or an atheleit...
I am not sure about turquoise.....I wish I knew this one......

I am also an aquarius, and my son is and aries, we have a great open and close relationship.
