The United States government is at it again.
They have been "appearing" to field bids for the hundreds of new "Civilian inmate labor facilities" AKA "Political detention facilities" to be built and brought on line within the next 24 months. These new detention facilities will house all the nutcases that refuse to carry a "national ID" card and have the verichip imbedded under their skin. We expect to have to imprison hundreds of thousands or perhaps a few million paranoid people who think this is thew mark of the beast or some conspiracy.

The national Id card is nothing more than a homeland security measure and the verichip is for personal protection.

Several american companies have bid on the project to turn abandoned military bases- almost 800 of them in america- into political detention work camps and reprogramming institutions.

SO FAR, THE ONLY COMPANY TO WIN BIDS ARE COMPANY SUBSIDIARIES OF HALIBURTON. CONGRESS AND BUREAUCRATS HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN PAID OFF. HALIBURTON HAS RECIEVED NUMEROUS NO-BID CONTRACTS FROM CONGRESS IN THE PAST.

MURTHA AWARDED THE VERICHIP CONTRACT TO HIS PALS. MURTHA INTENDS TO HAVE HIS STOOGES IN THE WHITE HOUSE IN 08. HOWARD DEAN AND NANCY PELOSI.

AGAIN, AMERICAN BUSINESS WHO PLAYS BY THE RULES GETS SCAMMED BY MURTHA. FIRST THE DUBAI PORTS DEAL, THEN THE PDF'S, THEN THE VERICHIP IMPLANTATION PROGRAM. I'M SURE THE BID TO MANAGE THE POLITICAL DETENTION FACILITIES WILL BE RIGGED AS WELL, AS WELL AS THE MIND REPROGRAMMING OPERATION. THE INSIDERS GET ALL THE HONEY AND THE FOLKS WHO PLAY BY THE RULES GETS SCREWED AGAIN.

Here's a slightly off topic link about a new prison in Oregon that stands empty.

So far this year, Sheriff Giusto has sprung more than 2,700 inmates--and a town that prides itself on its progressive image is confronting a crisis in public safety.

"The criminal justice system is teetering on the edge of collapse," fumes Mr. Giusto, whose own car was recently broken into in a lot across from his office, beneath a sign reading "Sheriff's Patrol."

What makes the sheriff's predicament particularly maddening is that a few miles away, on the north side of town, sits the answer to his prayers--a brand new $58 million jail known as the Wapato Facility. Secluded in an 18-acre parcel where sparrows chuckle in the cottonwood trees, Wapato is the last word in detention. Its 525 beds were designed for "direct supervision," a correctional philosophy in which there are no physical barriers between the inmates and the corrections officers who watch over them. The dorms comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The jail boasts its own power plant, kitchen, laundry and medical clinic, and the security glass in the central control room is two inches thick.

But the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners, reeling from revenue shortfalls and paralyzed by infighting, has not given the sheriff the money to get the jail up and running. So while local newscasts air endless horror stories about crime and meth fiends, Wapato has yet to play host to a single inmate. Sheriff Giusto calls it "a $58 million echo chamber."
