Oh yeah, cell phones. Everybody has one, always on, with us everywhere we go. What a perfect surreptitious mind control/tracking device.
Indispensable to everyone, the controlled and the controllers.
During the weirdest two weeks of my life, I was tracked by the GPS in my cell. Don't believe me, I don't care. I was going to my safe house,
talking on my cell to the person who wanted badly to know where I was staying. The conversation was strange, one of those keep-you-on-the-phone inane
bits, and the situation was such that it just didn't make sense for this person to be doing that right then. I looked up in my rearview mirror, and
spotted a silver sedan following me. No other cars anywhere in the vicinity. I was way out in the country, driving through vineyards on a dirt road.
There was no reason for anybody to be behind me, and the call had distracted me from keeping an eye on my six. The moment, and I mean
the
moment, I looked up and spotted the tail, the person who was trying so hard to keep me on my cell just out of the blue went, "Ok, goodbye." and
hung up. I promptly turned around and went back the way I had come. The silver sedan pulled over, and the driver and a passenger got out, like they
were waiting for me to stop and say something. Again, way out in the country, driving through vineyards on a dirt road. No reason for them to stop,
not a viewpoint vista or tourist attraction to be found, no reason to stop, other than they had been
made. I drove right on by, turned off my
cell, and took another route around to where I was staying. This was all immediately following my Stranger than Fiction episode, for anybody
following the IR saga.
Another time, more recently, I had a dream, an awesome dream. No, not that one. In this dream, I was looking over a piece of property out in the
country, talking to the owner or realtor about buying it. My son was with me, and I said to the owner/realtor guy, "So, the Platte is over that way,
right?" pointing to the northwest. The guy said, "That's right." The dream truncated, the scene shifted, and the next thing I know, my son and I
are walking through a big, grassy meadow watching a freight train pass along some tracks off to our left. I started to tell my son how, when I was a
boy in the High Desert, from the porch of the ranch I lived on I used to watch freight trains that seemed to stretch for miles as they made their way
across the Antelope Valley in the eastern distance. All of a sudden, the wind started to blow really hard, and I looked up, and a massive tornado was
heading straight down the track line. It picked up the rear end of the train and just sucked it up into the sky, moving toward the engines and just
sucking railcar after car up into this gigantic funnel. There was some kind of modern, even futuristic looking station building up in front of us,
and I grabbed my son's hand and said, "Run for it!" We got inside the place, and there were lots of people there, kind of in shock at the sudden
massive tornado. The news was on on some TV's hanging here and there around the big waiting area we had run into, and all the screens suddenly went
to the EBS. The PA in the station came on and said the ususal, ''Everyone please remain calm and stay in your seats." I was looking around, and
my son was asking me what was going on, and I said I wasn't sure, but we were safe for now. Everything had gone off kilter, and my gut feeling was
we'd had a sudden polar shift, or some other drastic earth event. All of a sudden, and all at once, every single cell phone in the lobby area went
off and started blazing with this electric blue light as it flew through the air and
attached itself to the right ear of its owner. This
happened to nearly everyone in the room, and their faces immediately went blank. My son and I and a few others didn't have cell phones, and right
away those with the new phonic appendages began to come after us. It was freaky. The last few moments of the dream were spent doing E&E manuevers
inside the station, bodyslamming a couple zombies that got too close and running for access doors to maintenance areas and hiding places. I remember
thinking, "We shouldn't have come in here, we should have stayed outside." Then I woke up. Or did I? Was it a dream, or a vision of the future?
It was so freaking real.
Anyway, I don't trust cell phones. I have one though, the same one I had the day I was driving through the vineyards and decided to check my six. I
like it because it is one of the old ones that turns off the GPS when you turn off the power, so you don't have to take out the battery. It lights
up electric blue on the keypad, too.
