Surfing the net for anything better to do, I came across this mysterious photograph that shows an artificial looking structure on Phobos.

What do think this could be?

In what way does it look artificial? You can't even see any detail in that small pic. There is also no reference of scale to know how big or small it is. The simplest explination would be a hill/mountain, until otherwise shown.

I'm no expert but it looks like an entrance to an underground alien base.

Yeah, thinking it is an entrance to an underground base pretty much shows that you are not an expert LOL - No offence intended.

Looks like the central object is just a normal crater mark, and the object to the left looks natural too...rocky formation perhaps. Nothing out of the ordinary there.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing...

The only thing I could think of, since there is not atmosphere, plate techtonics, or anything else that can make unnatural lumps like that on an asteroid from the astroid itself, is that it's another asteroid. Not all impacts result in firey explosions and huge craters. If you have one astreroid moving at nearly the same speed and crossing paths with another the two could easily merge. So you'd probably end up with a lump like that.

We are all looking at the object that looks a bit like a mouse cursor? yes?

If its not an alien underground base (or a rock) then its definite proof that we all live inside "sim universe"

I don't know skippy. It is a formation, that's on a rock, orbiting a rock, in a universe of orbiting rocks. It may in fact be a "rocky formation". But, like I said, I'm no expert.

"We shall call these rocks Phobos and Deimos (Fear and Panic)." Nothing worse than a pair of scary rocks. And what's with those obvious lines made from alien mining equipment?
