It is almost certainly not stealth in the common-usage meaning.

It has some features which are almost certainly designed to reduce RCS, such as being formed of only three airframe parts (plus the control surfaces and viewing window, the website's marketing blurb doesn't seem to count those...), and being a highly blended design with next to no right-angle surfaces. It also lacks the spherical sensor ball which is generally a high-return feature. And it’s quite small anyway.

But I can't imagine that it is properly “stealthy” as we would use that term, and if it was, then the website would say so.

twice I've hit page back and lost this post... argh

It's probably made of plastic, carbon, and foam-core. It's size alone makes it stealthy. Radar isn't even an issue if it's flying low enough. On small airframes that will approach close to a target, it is sound that is more important. It will need auditory stealth.

Contract partner is Grumman Aerospace.

Contracts emphasis is on total airframe package, autonomous flight. A launch-and-forget type thing.

The name alone suggests the use of swarming flight dynamics. Swarming is a "chaos" form of flight characteristics for a group of small attack vehicles.

Specs from the Grumman website:
