US CIA black aircraft in maritimes canada

I saw this the other day.. huge black plane, no markings flying extremely low and circling around my area. sketchy stuff..

In what way is your sighting related the the CIA flights amnesty international have issues with and what evidence is there that what you saw had any connection to the CIA at all? Did it have "CIA" in big white letters on it maybe?

your post has nothing to do with your quote. Your quote is about US torture flights while your post is about an unknown plane thats sounds like a new bomber maybe.

Just because it's black doesn't mean it's CIA or MIB or whatever. And define 'huge'. Was it bigger or smaller then a 747? What did it look like? How close was the plane to you? Were you able to see all sides of the aircraft upclose to be 100% sure that it had no markings?
