Proven power for the F/A-22 Raptor.

Information straight from the company who builds these 35,000 pound thrust engines! Sorry if this has already been posted.

You mean the F-22A Raptor as it has finally been named, The F/A designation is only for the Hornet.

Anyway, Did the F-119 engine power the YF-23 too?, Im not sure becouse the YF-23 never had VT nozzles.

I believe that the Blackwidow II had a variant of the F-119 engines that were not equiped with Thrust Vectoring nozzles.

The YF-23 sacrificed Thrust Vectoring for stealth.
