Presumably you're referring to the building with the large Square and Compass on the top, rather than the TROUTHOUSE next to it

Uh still not working but I'm going to take a stab at this anyways. Why would a HIDEout have a compass and a square on it, kind of self defeating dont you think.

Why would Freemasons hide during the War of Northern Agression? Neither side was persecuting them.

Maybe they had a compass and a square on it so the armys wouldn't burn the building down. Its just a thought.
