Well, look at that.

Sure, you always have to look at the parameters of a poll, but from what I have heard from friends and other people I talk to, this seems about right. Looks like Iran is America's most wanted now. Unbelievable.

I've said this before, but I'll say it again. It amazes me that Iran and Iraq are seen as the 2 biggest threats to the US today. Why? Because NEITHER of these countries has nuclear weapons! Why focus on nukes? Because neither of these countries could beat us in a conventional war, so nuclear war would be their only chance.

But, China and North Korea, who DO have nukes, are seen as threats, but not as much a threat as Iran and Iraq. Not only that, but they have THREATENED to use them on us! But noooo, they aren't as big a threat as Iran and Iraq, no.

All I can say is that the propaganda machine is super effective. Look at the headlines. Will Iran go nuclear, nuke, nuke, nuclear ambitions, nuke, nuke, nuke, nuke, nuke. They drill this into your head, and the average American gets played and starts to believe it. Oh, that's right, jihadi nukes can kill you from the future, right...

Oh, yeah, forgot...

Iraq is the #2 threat, yet this country is in the middle of a civil war and has taken a brutal beating for the last 3 years. This country is crippled, yet they're gonna get us. That's even more laughable than Iran being #1!

I wonder how many of those polled actually know much, apart from what they see and read from the MSM, about Iran?

I wonder what would be the results if they asked if people thought Iran was already definitely known to have nuclear weapons.

My bet is like the garbage about Saddam and 9/11 the propaganda has already gotten that ingrained as a 'fact'.

I'm wondering if this would be more of a fit in Education and Media as the focus is on the Media, it's sure doing a helluva job. Those string-pullers deserve a BIG raise for the job they've done. In 10 seconds I came up with 5 more capable(far more in some regards) possible enemies for the US.
