The flu vaccine or elderly extermination

I had some thoughts on the recent flu shortages, this seems like a really hard thing to do, how do we not make enough? You would think as a world power we would have enough figures to make enough or order it. I noticed the people being hit the worst were elderly people, alot died and made me think maybe it was planned to kill them off slowly, alot died from overheat wating in line. Sure the numbers were not that high but it could have just been a test run for a more fiendish plan. It could be a way to implement survival of the fittest back into the human race, since medicine has now allowed people that could not survive naturally to live far longer than expected, just a thought.
