Darren McGavin Dead at 83

Darren MGavin, "The Night Stalker", is dead at 83. One of my favorite character actors, best known for his role as the father on the perennial seasonal favorite, "A Christmas Story" has passed away.

Another memorable actor has left us. He will be missed but the characters that he created during his career will certainly be remembered.
