IE error problem

Recently my symantiec in my computer found a virus called "downloader trojan" and dele it autometically, but every time I restart my PC the virus will be found again and be delet again, this situation happened with I couldn't right click to open web simultaneously. what can I do to kill such bitt virus compltely?

the version of the trojan that you have maybe a memory resident trojan which makes it difficult to remove.
