Galatic Civilizations 2: Dread Lords and Stardock

Well i have to say i havent been visiting ATS much recently due to this game, it isnt out yet but i have pre-orderd the game and been fanaticaly checking their forums for updates recently. GalCiv2
I must say that i urge people to buy this game. not only because it is going to be the best TBS game realesed this year, but also purely on the reason of principle.
Stardock the devs of the game have the best customer service i have ever seen in the software industry. The devs are constantly active on forums and are reguraly on IRC chat, they respond to customers requests and comments. Also they take a extreme policy about piracy protection in their game, ABSOLUTELY NO CD PROTECTION. No bloody illegaly installed Starforce software, or cd serials. It shows trust in their customer base.
They set a great moral example to many other game developers, for once the game developers show they are REAL people, and i again urge people to show surport for such a company.
