U.F.O. spotted over south shore of long island-tonight 2/13

I just heard from a friend of mine that he spotted a large object silently flying over his house in Blue Point Long Island at 10 pm tonight, it was circular and had yellow lights in the back and red lights in the front, and there was a blue beam shining down....My friend is a pretty reliable person and it really freaked him out...I was just wondering if anyone else was in the area and saw anything unusual.
