If I understand this forum correctly, it's a site for releasing classified information, so here goes. Here's a factoid I got directly from someone
who read the specification on the "ultrasonic acoustic imaging cameras" built into reconnaisance helicopters and aircraft. "They can see a dime
through 10 feet of concrete." Here's the implication: if a western reconnaissance flight passes twice over an Iranian nuclear reactor, it can tell
if someone moved an item as small as a dime. "Gee, I'll bet a foot of insulation would really muck up those acoustic images."
