Hi everyone,
Glad to meet you all. I'm a junior dogsbody in an (Australian) statutory body with a purely civil remit.
Based on my experience of reading the writing of (Australian) government officials of my and older generations, I believe that the Serpo material is
certainly a fraud. The writer has deliberately adopted a non-adjectival writing style that may confuse and mislead people into assuming that it is
accurate, but is absolutely dissimilar to ordinary (Australian) government writing. I am confident that no genuine American government official writes
in the Serpo style. Serpo amounts to a post-modern fraud, because it says that its defects are in fact its most telling proofs; its defective writing
style is designed to add to that impression.
It's good to be here! Nice to meet you all.
