Its time to fire the state Senate!

I just read ths in my local paper and im wonderinig what other
thoghts were on this. im not shure what to think yet. a qote,

it sounds pretty good but would it work?
thay are working on a web site with a petition for the general ballot
and need 317.000 signatures. has this ben tried in other states?
