Saddam to sue Bush and Blair

According to the Washington Times, Saddam Hussein's defense team has filed a lawsuit against President Bush and Prime Minister Tony Blair.

The suit accuses Bush and Blair of commiting war crimes, by using weapons of mass destruction such as depleted uranium, phosphoric and cluster bombs against innocent civilians, mainly Baghdad, Fallujah, Ramadi, al Kaem, and Anbar.

The suit also accuses the U.S. president and British prime minister of torturing Iraqi prisoners, destroying Iraq's cultural heritage with the aim of eliminating an ancient civilization, and inciting internal strife.

Bush and Blair were also accused of polluting Iraq's air, waters and environment.

Now aint that a switch?

All I have to say is its about damn time......but why Saddam of all people?
He cant exactly be labeled ''innocent''....

Im looking for the time when Mr. Bush is impeached...but this lawsuit by Saddam would do more to help Bush then hurt him......

We could all tell that Bush would end up in trouble and here it is. But Saddaum Hussein is also guilty of crimes, i.e, torturing innocent civillians, I wonder if Bush and Blair will be found guilty?
