It's good to hear of such outstanding, no questions asked, back-end support.
I'll be in the market for a new card shortly and will definitely make note of the level of service you have experienced, with regards to
"brand".
On second thought, perhaps I should look further into the issue I've been having with my Tyan card. The fan is crapping out and, heatsinks included,
is of a rather proprietary design.
Hmmmm ... Guess it's time to test their "backend/customer service" ?!
