On Iraq: get off the pot

On Iraq: we need to either go Powell doctrine on the Iraq insurgency or do what Murtha says and pull back to the horizon. Its past time.

Our troops suffer as long as we don't do anything. Status Quo is killing them.

Well, ok then.
A little impatient, aren't we? Progress is being made, the Iraqis are getting stronger, the citizens are getting fed up with the foreigners coming in to scrfew up their place and we are going to be out of there MUCH sooner than we got out of Germany. Wait, we are still in Germany.

Don't worry, we'll be out. Not soon enough, as everyone from the president on down would agree, but we will be out.

Hey, I say take the troopers out of S.Korea and Germany and send them to iraq to support the ones there. Beef it up. Overwhelm them. That will even it out and get things done faster.
