I bet you can see them too if you turn all the lights off and close your eyes.

The man at the desk kind of had a weird looking face. He had glasses on and was staring directly at me, although his des was perpendicular to me (he was looking left at me). His face kind of looked like when a person has really bad pimples as a kid and there are holes from their teenage years. He may have just been a spirit, not an "ET." A ghostly brother, not space brother perhaps. Perhaps not.

I kept seeing different eyes looking back at me. The grey-type I would describe as having an elongated facial structure with proportionately large slits for eyes. Two big black eyes (granted, it was all in black and white so it could have been gold for all I know) kind of a mix between a cats and a dogs. It wasn't a sliver like a cat, but not a ball like a dogs...Make sense?

If I was any good with drawing I'd do it freehand, but my description is going to have to do sorry.

Another one had a weird head which seemed to be disconnected from its body. This was the gelatonous (spelling?) type. He seemed pretty low to the ground and had very wide body. He didn't really have any visible arms or feet, just one solid form with a disconnected head that could reconnect...Sort of like a bobble head doll but with the ability to pop off!

You know what's funny, during this whole experience I wasn't afraid at all. Sometimes I have been afraid by visions, but this time I was completely calm.

The dragon type being had a large dark body with scales. He wasn't a fire-breather or so I think and opened his huge mouth (can only guess it was a he but that was the vibe I got) and attempted to bite me.

I then astrally attacked him as well and bit at his head to show him I was not afraid.

He then backed off and left me alone.

You know what's interesting, I have read before that these beings will court a seeker in meditation or a meditative-type state to see if they are ready for contact.

My previous contact with a hyperdimensional brother didn't end up too well. I became very scared and stopped meditating for a while. I didn't want to see myself. Now I am more open and ready to see my other selves.

Perhaps they are willing to let me know who I am in other dimensions.

I also had an overwhelming feeling of euphoria despite having a pounding headache (probably should have mentioned this one).

As my girlfriend and I were getting ready for bed, she felt my skin and said "do you have a fever?" I feel great now which is weird, but at the time my body was overheating.

My headache wasn't even painful, I just had a lot of pressure in my head area.

I think this is how they were contacting me, putting pressure on a well-known sensitive area.

I believe my third eye was under a lot of duress due to all the activity.

I've never astrally interacted. Just observed from an RV type position. More detail would be great.

This I know. I traced it down to an over saturation of spiritual energy. Release your chakras like valves and depressurize, before the negative symptoms begin.

Very cool. Although let's call it the transworld. The ultra world is very relevant to our physical surroundings, as in how I use the term. No worries, developing shared terms is very important while we still type and talk.

Yeah it was quite an experience to say the least.

I just balanced myself with reiki to see if that helped...which it did.


Do you have any special techniques for releasing chakra energy?

I really do believe my 3rd eye and probably my crown chakra had been overstimulated. This is basically how I am at all times, I just happened to be REALLY overstimulated. I'm glad I didn't get hurt.

Almost felt like my head was going to explode, weird feeling ha.


Transworld, multiverse, same meaning? The overarching realm of Spirit?


I think its difficult for us to see in full color during these moments of clarity. While I was having visions in bright colors and fantastic dimensions, these were not in the forefront of my mind. I had contact with these beings and then a few minutes afterwards I put my head on my pillow and saw colors once again...

Still darkness in the foreground, but in the background was a whole different story.

Make sense?

Ok as for the interaction...

Its as if they were all observing me, testing out the waters of my mind/soul.

Seeing if I am ready for contact, which I have been for so long. It seems they don't like venturing down into the 3rd dimension, but they like the astral plane a lot.

As for the dragon...He seemed a lot bigger than me, but not in a forbidding intimidating way (maybe he tried to, but it didn't work). I am no longer afraid. These things cannot hurt us if we don't let them and I have regained my power back from within.

He opened his mouth, full of jagged teeth and took a lunge at me more or less. I pictured him trying to bite off my head (astrally of course, I don't think he could have done any damage).

I then essentially blocked his move and used his own tactic against him. I pictured I had a ten foot wide mouth full of teeth and bit at his head. He was forced to retreat.

I find one's imagination can be a great tool of defense if one needs it.

This may be the way we shall protect ourselves during the ESP exercise.

Lesson #1: Astral Defense and Attacks .

Use your imagination to either defend if you are being attacked, and counterattack when you have an open move. You can use whatever you think is necessary: fireballs, energy lighting, etc you name it.

All is possible in the realm of Spirit.

We won't need to "kill" anything, just remove it from our space. Scare it off so they know not to mess with us.

Yes I think it would of exploded. I've looked into this for a long time. The spatial bounds of your spirit distort like an over-stretched balloon in the crown chakra area, inducing several key mental problems. You must avoid that so without further delay here is a good method.

Sit and meditate. Focus explicitly on yourself so that no outside connections are entertained. Visualize the flow of energy in your skull area. Start to will it through the crown chakra. See it all flooding out. It should resemble a fountain. You may feel a twitch or touch on your head, but that's a good sign. Then to finish up, you want some controlled breathing and energy connection with the Earth.

This has been so important to me I make it a ritual after every strenous experiment.

The second method was given to me by Menguard, it's more for relieving the third eye, but I rarely push that to a harmful level. Simply place one hand (palm) on your third eye, and hold the other hand out infront of you. Like a "hi". Then you can begin to channel energy out of your third eye like a suction cup, and expel it through the other hand. Thanks Menguard again for that one.

Had a fascinating confirmation the other day.

A few months ago I was working closely with the Sirians, and entered an assisted RV session to examine their homeworld. I kept the telepathic connection open to hear pertinent commentary and ask questions about what I was seeing.

Long story short, I picked up a book recently regarding these Sirians and psychic experiments with them. It just so turns out that the descriptions of the cities and planet in the book match exactly to what I witnessed!

That one put a smile on my face for sure.

I'd be interested to hear anything you have to say about the Sirians. I believe I may have been in contact with some of them...Green guys are they or blue?

I can't believe it, but the way you are talking is the language in which I dream, literally. I think my tools into existence and nothing is stronger than what I percieve myself to be, and nothing can hurt, unless you fall victim to the idea that it can hurt you, which it can't. Trippy.

Hearing you speak this way intrugues the chrishelle out of me. Real living is so much more real than navigating through our physical regulations. I have always asserted to myself, that when I sleep, I am home. (obviously, 'in a sense.') Great stuff guys.

Yellow-White. (?) They are honorable friends. We are mirrors seperated by time and circumstance. There is alot to learn from each other, it would show both the value of infinity. There are two keys to that game. Purity and Passion.

Glad to see we struck a light chord or two. We are probably on similar wavelengths now, I think most who are consciously creating are getting closer to each other for the sake of evolving the rest of humanity. We NEED a unified field to gain certain insights. Sometimes one's own reality isn't always enough and having another opinion is necessary.

If you let them come near, be wary but not afraid. Most are only here to observe, not interfere. The ones that do want to scare/hurt you, one must show you are here for a reason and are not to be messed with. Most of them are scaredy cats anyway .

I agree. The dream world is sometimes realer than waking life. We can't really prove that we're ever awake, its just our brain utilizes different wavelengths during waking/sleeping life...How does one prove one's awake when one doesn't really know what reality looks like? Kind of a catch-22 eh?

You are always home AAC, just have a closer connection with your other selves when you are out of body. Make sense? Your future/past selves can come in closer contact when the veil has been lifted.

It makes me so happy to see others vibrating so high on the totem. If only I could start really changing others in "real life." I feel my family is ready for a change, my younger brother especially. My mom has even started buying organic food for the family, that is something I had a little control over...Of course the decision was hers, but as soon as you open up another light chord between you and someone else the connection becomes much stronger and healthier.

I am pretty sure I saw one of these guys last night, huge head small body. I don't know if it was the same guys, but they didn't seem hostile at all..Sort of friendly actually although one's face was about a foot from mine...Weird as I didn't feel freaked out at all as I knew he/she was there to protect/help.

Those Reptilians are a bit wary of us warmies aren't they? We probably warred with them in the past, not to mention we don't treat our cold blooded relatives here on Earth that well...Well not even ourselves for that matter so any other animal by proxy gets the shaft. Very unfortunate. We can learn so much from our earthly brothers and sisters...Even the trees.

I wish my fellow human beings would exist as 'beings' more than egotistical humans...We still have a long ways to go, but it won't be too long now.

I have noticed that energy upgrades exponentially. At first it was tough to vibrate at a higher level, now I have become so accustomed to it that at the slightest hint of a lower energy I freak out.

For instance, yesterday a couple was arguing when I was ringing them out and this took my energy away temporarily. I was forced into their drama for a few minutes and noticed how drained I felt.

I can't be around people like this anymore and I tried to calm down the woman as much as possible. I told her I behaved the same as her husband/boyfriend at times and this is not unusual...I didn't mention that it was on rare occassions though, it seemed like that was a daily/hourly occurence for the man. Oh well.

The self-design is intriguing. Metamorphosis seems to be a vain process. Most genuine spirits will appear as they did during the last incarnation. But who knows, perhaps he really was a dragon.

Yeah unless my vision has failed me, which it hasn't so far...I believe it could have been a "Draconian" Spirit, similar to those that people think is the 'devil.' Misguided spirits for the most part, some could be devoted to the light I guess. This is my understanding of a "reptilian." Its funny, sometimes I find I learn so much more from a tree or a squirrel than a fellow human. They have a great way to teach us just to be...ourselves and not try to fake anything. Often times when I have an experience with a fellow member of our species it turns out they are NOT being genuine and original, but fake...Which not only annoys the crap out of me, but probably Spirit as well. Spirit hates the fakes and liars, not to mention those trying to be someone else (Just a personal experience I've picked up on the way, maybe false in your reality I don't know).

I notice when I treat my puppy as an equal he sort of has a twinkle in his eye, like he not only knows me but has shown me a better, less trodden path...Animals/plants as equals not as slaves. We are not meant to dominate the others, but take care of them as you say. Many humans may perish in the upcoming tribulations as they have not learned (or earned) the companionship of their own brothers and sisters of Earth.

See I really don't find much light within the reptilians for some reason. The reptiles on Earth I feel much love, but their "higher" brothers I find are not so enlightened so to speak. Not that humans are very high up on the ladder, in general we probably rank equal to pigs on Earth (not to knock pigs, they may even be higher evolved...they don't slaughter their own of course).

In general human beings have become apathetic, careless, and stressful. We just want to get by to see the next day and death brings release. I don't think this is a correct or positive path. We must WANT to see the next day, look forward to everything and just be. We have lost that on our path towards material progress and look where we've ended up...

I do have faith. I have faith in myself and others like you who are constantly evolving themselves. I don't know about all of us this time around, but I have faith in at least a minority of us moving on. Spirit does not let those who hurt others and themselves ascend (to the best of my knowledge). They must spend some time in a "pergatory" of sorts until they have learned enough lessons to move on.

Call it Earth 1.5. We are on Earth 1.0 and soon the 'evolved' souls will move onto 2.0 and beyond. The rest will have to wait until they are spiritual enough to contend with the rest of their family...Spirit in incarnate form .

I look forward to conversing with our non-primate relatives. I do most days. When I see a bird fly by I think, "hello brother." When I walk by a tree, I will nod my head in approval for their great work and strength. They hold the rest of us down, all the while we destroy their homes. Very strong and caring brothers/sisters. We have let them down until now, we are just starting to gain our sense of life and love back.

It is not too late now, don't you fret Steve. I know that.

I have gained great insight from those not able to speak the 'human' language for some time now. As I said, they are often greater beings of knowledge than my fellow humans. Perhaps more evolved, maybe only 'differently' evolved so they can sit back and watch our "progress" while we run the world into the ground.

They have been watching us for some time now and I'm sure they have elders as we do too. There are trees in Palestine some 3,000 years old and I'm sure some have been around longer than that.

I had some werid/bad energy come over me yesterday. I don't know if it was because I was low on energy or just if something clicked inside me and all of a sudden my anger came out sideways on my girlfriend (not to mention she was pissed off at me too).

Any incites into the situation?

I know I am guarded, but there's no reason for me to act in such a childish manner.

I guess its part of the evolutionary process, removing baggage...I just hope I don't have any fights like that again.

We both acted like children, it was really quite sad. "You're stupid, no you are, no you."

I can't consider myself any more enlightened (not that I do anyway, its all a matter of perrception) than the next guy...Nor should I. We're all the same, all one.

Basically, knowing that it was wrong, will help you polish your spirit for the next time pressure builds and it looks for a release. I hope one day I will be conpletely zen, and smile as the rocky road always seems smooth to me.

Yeah that's what I thought. Facing one's own demons allow for greater integration of one's person. I had a little more blockage than I expected though...We faced our inner fears and moved past them. Its been rough on both of us having to deal with bills and rent. Plus we basically know no one aside from coworkers here...Although I have met some really awesome people I haven't been able to hang out with them yet.

Confronting and admitting where one is wrong...has been a powerful tool of forgiving myself. We all have many scars although mine may not be visibile on the surface.

I sometimes forget where other people come from...We can't all know the other's story so we must give them the benefit of the doubt that they are as strong as we are...Even if they seem weak on the outside that doesn't mean they don't have a great deal of inner strength.

Your belief system, however strict it may be, holds you back to some extent. Have a more open mind and the rest will follow.

Open yourself up to all possibilities, be thankful for life, and don't worry what others think.

You are living your own life. Make your own decisions, but base them on past experiences not what others say (even myself).

You can pick and choose what fits for you. None of us have the 'right' answer for you, you have to decide for yourself which advice to follow.

Even then, you MUST do it your own way.

One more thing, RELAX. Everything comes in time.

I am a pretty head-strong fellow myself. I tend to act before thinking. This has proven useful in gaining great insight into how I behave and how I should not act in the future. However, I have made my fair share of mistakes along the way.

Perhaps this is not the worst path...Mistakes thrust us forward even faster, although with a few bruises and cuts along the way.

Have faith in your own power and God. Without faith, you are just another cynical man looking for himself. Once you have found your own divinity (which is in fact reality) you have nothing else to fear.

You will have found your 'inner light' (higher light if you will) and no other outside sources will be necessary.

Meditate on this, meditate on anything for that matter, and you will find all the answers you are looking for.

Ask and you shall be answered.
