ELF Mag field Fluctuations dramatically increased in Calif.

Activity has increased dramatically recently, according to www.earthquaketracker.com...

Can someone please check out this site and say whether the data appears credible or not? If the data seems reasonable, what could this increase mean?

Who thinks these ELF fluctuations are precursors to a quake? More importantly, who thinks its bunk, and why?

ELF and ULF signals, or Radio Station Earth as I like to call it, is legitimate
research in my opinion, but still in it's infancy. Monitoring ULF frequencies, gives us a window into Earth's Magnetic field and the changes it goes through. Not only might it help in earthquake prediction, but also track changes in our magnetic field for understanding possible pole reversals
or in the extreme case loss, of our magnetic field all together.

Not sure though if this research has of yet been successful in predicting
an earthquake.
