Just a curious question...

I know there is a lot of medical experts that read this website, and I am far from one... so my question is, if one was to grow up in a house that was located by two major plants that operate machinery 24/7 that use large amounts of electricity to operate the million dollar machines... could someone who lived near these plants there whole life get any side effects?
