try this simple shut down method it hasnt worked for me but im way to active in my brain,I cant usually meditate at all.But when you lie down the main
thing is to shut off your body.So try to countdown from one to ten focusing on each section.Feet,Legs,Arms,Torso try to relax each part.The main thing
is to focus on breathing and thinking,the most important thing is to try to open the mind while quiting your thoughts...
