Survival series, UN style?

What if world issues could be setteled in the following manner. We take world leaders,to an isolated island, and leave them there. Yup, drop them off in nothing but their shorts, and a swiss army knife to fight over. Imagine the world tuning in each night to see who's getting voted off and why.

I still think that having the leaders who wish to declare wars to get their *own asses* onto the battlefield, all by themselves...No other soldiers or any other kind of participants would be allowed to interfere.

From what I can figure, we'll either wind up with less self-serving people in office (Because if they really *are* self-serving, they'll be less likely to risk their own lives for any trivial reasons) who will be less likely to declare a war for trivial reasons or we'll start getting more people like Arnold Schwartzenegger running for office...
