Sweetest thing I've ever seen!

I dont know how old this ad is, some of you might of seen it before. This is actually the first time I ever watched this. This is amazing, its so life like and believable! I watched over and over again. Its an ad of for a French car, Citroen. In it, the car Citroen transforms, into a 25 foot tall robot, and dances like Justin Timberlake to a catchy little dance tune.

But that's false advertising. If I buy the car and it cannot transform into a 25 foot tall robot, can I sue them?
