If you read the posts in the thread properly, you will see that this was NEVER INTENDED TO BE A THREAD, in it's own right ... it was in fact a reply post to another thread entirely.

I say again '21 PAGES' (correction 22 pages) congratulations.

Bravo! Thanks for having the courage for posting what you did on the thread on Jesus and what color he is. I, too, am a Pagan who also believes in God and that Jesus was a prophet. I should have made that clear when I posted a reply on the same thread (actually right before you did). Even if I wasn't a pagan, too, I would still welcome what you said. And I don't believe in doing to people with differing viewpoints what some would do to you or I for having different belief's.

I read the first few posts.

Its the first post i'm replying to, I don't care for its origins.
The OP should've clarified, if that was the case.

I knew well enough not to sit through and read 21 pages of Crap so I posted my opinion.

Don't judge me for replying to this post, because I can do the same just as well.
The OP made a thread, I responded according to his assumptions. Not what I thought mattered or not. Thats the problem, so of you always deviate from what being asked, answer the questions according to whats being asked, not what matters or not.

Half of the crap posted here doesn't matter, but I don't go to those threads and say this.

And they call us heathens ... now that is real irony.

A couple of Pagans trying to seperate the Christians before they rip-out each others throats ... love it.

And for the record, I'm not Christian.

I'm also not saying you said I was a Christian.

You seem full of yourself though wood, very full.

Full to the brim my friend ... so stop wagging that 'Tyrano Tail' at me you naughty little dino.

You sound like a very angry person so in all my 'fullness' I'll let it pass. I certainly don't intend to get in an argument with you and detract from this wonderful thread (is that 'full of it' enough for you, because I'd hate to prove you wrong) ?

Who cares? Maybe he was all diffrent colors? The message he's trying to convey are what matters.

It may be an interesting question to ask yourself, specially if you are a Christian.

How would you feel about Jesus if he didn't share your physical attributes?

What's it matter if he was purple?

Maybe he was ultra-violet and fleshtone. Who knows for sure and who cares anyway. Just worship the god that sent Jesus as a prophet.

Erm. No thank you.
For various reasons this is neither the time nor the place for me to state.
And I am hardly in a position to critique someone else's beliefs.
Otherwords not perfect.

Yes, I couldn't agree more. I don't follow Jesus because he looks like me....I follow Jesus because he is the living God.

Some say he has dark skin because of his birth location and mother. Some say God planted the seed so he could have skin of any color God wanted. I say it's a worthless argument of the evil one meant to divide.

Jesus was Black, and it is this simple.

Jesus was Hebrew

Hebrews were liberated from Egypt by Moses

Moses was a Hebrew who passed himself off as an Egyptian

Egypt is in Africa

Africans are Black

Therefore, Jesus was Black.

Plain and simple.

Egyptians are not black and were not black.

Plain and simple.

Bothered looking at Ancient Egyptian art?

Nubians were black.

The Ptolemaic Kings were descended from Alexander's Greeks and Macedonians.

As much as i agree with you in this respect, i have also to remind you that the colour of someone skin is very important for many people that have absorb the teaching threw some very elaborated and corrupted manners.
The early depiction of Jesus was as ridiculous as painted in white skin and clear eyes which in turn had facilitated the sentiments of racism to so many Christian especially when those later got to slave the black people in comfort of knowing that Jesus was white.
Can you, like me see that the skin colour is important in the early stage of Christianity until the abolition of slavery?
It is easy if you are white skin to say now that it doesn’t matter what colour Jesus skin was, because the overwhelming historical evidence has shown that Jesus could only be olive skin like all Semite tribes which where there also.
You see, now that we have so much evidence to show that Jesus wasn’t white Caucasian, people like to parable about the irrelevance of this matter, which back then was much more relevant, because it is not showing any benefit on this ages of modernity.
Another form of segregation will point the issue of Jesus been more Jew then anything else…

He likely had dark skin, dark eyes, and dark hair. This is a far cry from the blond-haired, blue-eyed, fair-skinned Jesus in many modern pictures
