I would says its a clip from a 1970´s german documentary thats showning a clip of fake footage of man on mars when, lo and behold in the last 15 seconds, someone shouts "we have life on mars" and you see something like a gofa moving under the top soil !!!

Nothing more, just a "nessie" like wake under the surface..

That looks like part of the "documentary" Alternative 3 where a UFO was supposidly flown and landed on mars where they found life, havn't seen the video in german though and I don't know much german so i couldn't translate.

Yes, thats definately the alleged landing on Mars by American and Russian astronauts. We have a few threads on that here on ATS, so you might want to do a search.
