has she had her heart checked and her blood pressure?
Sometimes higher than normal blood pressure can cause headaches. Also if she isn't sleeping she will feel all sorts of other physical problems
including depression, headaches, pains, etc. If she has had a full physical with no sign of any problems it may be related to her sleep.
Also are you in a city or urban area? Some supersensitive people can feel vibrations of traffic, like heavy trucks and trains through their feet. If
she is not sleeping well she may not be able to screen the natural vibrations out of her conscious experience and this vibration makes you feel more
tired and "shook up" throughout the day.
If it is her sleep than she may need to take smaller naps during the day and night until she gets the amount of sleep she needs to feel normal.
If she can't sleep enough then she may need to see a sleep specialist to identify what the problem is. Sometimes small changes can make a big
difference. I am not a medical expert but I have had some similar problems, usually from lack of proper sleep.
