OK here's an idea for the full time members of this forum.

There are a lot of smart folks here...and smartalecky too!

So How to differentiate from the ones with some knowledge and the ones who just post alot...

ATS University !

Category suggestions..

Main one...ATS University Campus

Subcats...

Class one - paranormal
Class 2 - UFO
class 3- government conspiracy

etc etc

A member would have to pay tuition (points) to gain entrance to the class areas(tuition only accepted every month or so)...The instructor would receive the tution for his efforts

new member status...ATS student - freshman, sophmore, junior, senior, undergrad,..grad

select senior members with expertise in the class subject as instructors.

At the end of the study...remove the student rights to the class areas and give them rights to post in the subcategory...testing room.

The students would have a week or so to complete a set of questions, or thesis on the class they took. The instructors would grade them of course, and certain classes give you credits to your ATS degree.

Students who complete classes w/acceptable grades would earn some noteriety, and maybe an icon for their user info when they post.

As you browse the threads, you would take note of a member that has the icon ATS Graduate under their name, as someone not just talking gibberish.

Just an idea...Comments??

(There also needs to be a GED area for me)

This site is not designed to teach people views on certain issues.
It is a discussiom board, designed so peoplemay debate the unnatural, unknown, and unnexplainable parts of the world we live in.
Plus, to appoint teachers?
That's great and all, but think about it, the difference between Valhall's alien class and xaos's alien class, they'd turn into seperate fations and we know what happened last time,
TBATS, lol

It is an interesting idea, however, it would be extremly hard to implement, and tuition (ATS points I'm assuming), There is not a way for members to send points to and from oneanother at this time..
Just my view,
- Tass

Oh I understand...but views wouldnt suggested curriculum...just the facts..

And arnt most universities plagued with instructors teaching their views,..and what they deem important?

There is alot more I would want to know about certain subjects,...and to be 'instructed' by someone else who is more exposed to the data, I would willingly give my points to.

Hey it was just a thought,...

I don't know,
This place reminds me more and more of one of those bars you find in the sticks with sawdust floors every day.

It's a very good idea, but I don't think it will work.

Participate in a research project.
Participate in a a debate.
Collaborate in a fiction story.

Here, we deny ignorance through participation, not osmosis.

Yeah, I'm into all that, one day. But specialization is quite important, and I for one am about as much into weaponry and aircraft as I am into needlepoint, which is not far. Stick to what brought you here in the first place until you have your answers, is reasonable policy.

That last sentence from William needs to be read in the voice of Bernie Kopell as Siegfried in Get Smart, finished with:

"Shtarker, this is ATS... we don't oshmoshe here!"

I would tend to agree with MA on this one. I for one am into the NWO and Political forums, and I dabble a bit in the ET forum. other than that, i havent delved into anything else, for they do not interest me as much. Perhaps the secret society forum to brush up on NWO history. lol.

Stick to what you like, and learn from there.

I still agree with William. This is a discussion forum. If you are so eager to learn, look at the forums. Enough info is alredy in them. We have no need to regurgitate information all the time.

Sometimes there is no differentiation. You're assuming people who have some knowledge only like to post knowledge. Don't think so. This would be terribly boring. That's why a message board like this is fun. When you feel like it, you can put on your serious info. hat while at other times just have fun for the sake of fun alone. Might I also add, that's what makes a person interesting. Someone who just spews facts all day is not very interesting. I'm sure all of us can remember at least one teacher in school who was like that. Mr. No-Personality.

All points taken, it was a thought, maybe posted before I had considered the total vision of things. Thanks. (and we definetly dont want it boring now do we!)
