It seems that there are many eyewitness accounts around the island of Vieques, especially around Naval installations, of UFO's entering and exiting the water. It seems there is another bit of proof that our friendly government is involved in deal making or some sort of program involving alien races. Even one account of an eyewitness watching a craft 50 feet in diameter "suck water out of the ocean in a beam of bright green light."

Even more intriguing, there is a link, claims scientist Dr. Mark Carlotto between the UFO's seen on STS-80 and this area. His analysis is that the UFO's seen on this shuttle mission originated from that area.
