Just outta curiousity, Is the OMCE considered a neo-rosicrusian group? I've just come across that term describing various rosicrusian organizations,
and would like to know why the need for the 'neo' prefix? I thought that all of the orders have long standing, ancient teachings. It doesn't make a
lot of sense.
I'd bet that 'neo-rosicrusianism' is a termed used by a rosicrusian group to describe other rosicrusian groups. Sort of like how the
'new' masons around the time of the american revolution called the other masonic groups the 'Moderns', and themselves the "Ancients"
I have never heard the tern Neo-Rosicrucian. I would assume that the term may apply to any one R+C groups that were founded within the past
century.
By OMCE I do believe that you are talking about the Order Militia Crucifera Evangelica? I have come upon them and have found them interesting but do
not know much about them.
