Ok, this is going to sound very weird but it happened to a person I work with and it pretty funny.
The guy has done some Ninjitsu and he's a pretty decent person.
Anyway he was kicking back with another friend and they were bored so they decided to do some "Ninjirin".
For an exact example of this behaviour I would describe it as two bored guys get dressed up in black and run around their local area at night hiding
from people.
Juvenile....yes...amusing when you get caught by the federal police more so.
So they strike the ninja like poses and run down the road in their ninja like way.
They come to a facilty that they just think is an ordinary building.
Whilst hiding in the shadows they hear a car coming. It's a police car and stupidly they decide to run.
Straight past the front lights of the police car.
The car had in it a police officer and his wife. He was on his way home did this build check as his last for the night.
You can imagine what he's thinking.
So the two ninjas run down the road jump a fence and then sit very very still in some bushes.
He guns the engine and gets down the road very fast jumps out with his torch and gun and says, "Ok guys, I can see you" "Come out now"
They figure they're screwed and comply.
This is where I found it amusing.
The building turns out is a Government Lab that is basically a secure facility.
The police man walks them up to the door and knocks and no response.
The security guard is asleep.
When he does get inside the federal police are notified and two hours later the boys are being questioned.
"What are you doing here?"
"We were Ninjirin"
"Do you know what this facility is?"
"No"
"Why did you hide from the police"
"Ninjirin"
anyway it went on with the federal police bemused and were apparently pretty good about it.
Three hours later after back ground checks were completed and all was good, the two were driven to the front gate of the facility.
Once out of the car they said goodnight to the police officer and ninjired away down the road.
