How do we know the Chinese Government sanctioned these peoples actions?
To be honest, if they had the information they could have easily transferred it over the internet, etc, to them without ever having to have taken it
back with them.
I'd not be shocked if we see a fit up here and this gets blamed on the North Korean's.
